		Gordon R. Huber was a co-founder of XIM. On July 16, 2011, his life was claimed in an accident at his home. He will be greatly missed by those of us who knew and loved him. Obituary


Brad Strahm, PhD, PE, holds a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering, a PhD in Business Administration, is a licensed Professional Engineer, and a registered Patent Agent. He has spent his career creating and designing processes as well as identifying and specifying equipment to bring process concepts to production. His experience in technical training, ingredient analysis, food safety programs, and forecasting brings a distinctive blend of skills to XIM. His unique ability to apply his knowledge of ingredients and their interactions to process design delivers exceptional value to Clients.


	Rick A. Aberle, MBA, PMP, holds a B.S. in Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration, and is a certified Project Manager. He brings experience in managing a portfolio of business development projects ranging from new products to new technologies in the food, feed, and pharmaceutical industries. He has been instrumental in the implementation of projects representing corporate investments in excess of $1 million. His background in strategic planning gives Clients a disciplined focus on long term objectives for success.
